For people who run a business, or who have a say in where it is heading. You do not need to be able to code. You do need to be able to point at the work that keeps piling up.
So the task you bring comes from your own work: the quote you write from scratch every time, the report that comes round every month.
Why six hours, not half a day
In four hours you can explain the principle and build one example together. What does not fit is attention for the tasks participants bring themselves — and that turns it into an inspiration session.
Six hours leaves room for it. Everyone builds something that belongs to their own work, not to the trainer's example.
What you send in beforehand
Every participant submits one recurring task from their own practice, with a real example document: a specification, a quote, a project report. Bouke takes those apart in advance, so that on the day only cases that can actually be built end up on the table.
Without that preparation, the first hour goes to finding out what cannot be done.
What the day looks like
- We start with your own cases, not with a tool.
- How to break a task down into something you can automate: trigger, steps, decision point, output. And when you need a prompt, when a workflow, and when an agent.
- Building one workflow together, with everyone doing the same steps.
- Building your own case in pairs, with both of us there.
- Showing what you have — including what went wrong.
- Closing with what your own organisation needs to actually use it on Monday.
Four weeks later
An online follow-up session of one hour. That is where the real questions turn up: what worked, what faded, and what you run into once you try to use it in an ordinary working week. That is where it shows whether it sticks.
Not tied to one tool
We do not focus on Copilot alone or ChatGPT alone. You learn the principles, so you can apply them with the tools your organisation allows. For the day itself we set up a neutral environment everyone can work in straight away.
Why two facilitators
While building, someone always gets stuck. With one facilitator, half the group sits waiting. With two that does not happen — and it creates a dynamic that keeps the day moving from start to finish.

What we need from your side
Questions
- Can it be done in half a day?
- It can, but then the participants' own cases drop out and it becomes an inspiration session. We would advise against it — those own tasks are exactly where the questions come from.
- What does it cost?
- € 3,250 excluding VAT. That covers the preparation, two facilitators, six hours on site and the online follow-up session.
- Which tools do we work with?
- A neutral environment that we set up. You learn the principles, not one product — so you can apply it afterwards with whatever you already use.
- What does each participant bring?
- One recurring task from their own work, with a real example document. At least a week in advance, so we can take them apart.
- Do you need to be able to code?
- No. You build in pairs and both of us are walking the room, so you are never stuck for long.
- How many of us can join?
- Five to eight. Below five you get too few different cases on the table; above eight two facilitators can no longer get round everyone. For a larger group we bring in a third facilitator.
