Accelerate AI

Some organisations don't need yet another advisor — they need someone who actually has the time and the knowledge for it. Who stokes the fire, thinks along, and above all: builds. That's Accelerate AI — my role as AI catalyst in your organisation.

Two days a week I'm part of your team. We gather ideas from the shop floor and from management, pick the most promising ones together, and I build them into working proof of concepts. With your data, in your processes.

Every proof of concept ends with a clear decision: build on, adjust, or stop. So after a few months you don't know what AI can do in theory — you know what it delivers for you.

How does it work?

2 days per week

I work two days a week from your office or on-site. That way I truly get to know your organisation, your team and your processes — and I stay close to the ideas and the people who will work with them.

Indicatively 3 months

The duration is indicatively three months. Depending on your goals and complexity, this can be shorter or longer. We figure this out together.

A working proof of concept — or that phase costs you nothing

And you can stop at any decision point — no obligations

What I focus on

Gathering and choosing ideas

Collecting opportunities from shop floor to boardroom, and prioritising together on impact and feasibility.

Building proof of concepts

Working prototypes with your data and tools. No slides, but something your team can try out.

Validating in practice

Testing every prototype with the people who will actually work with it. Measuring what it delivers.

Build on or stop

A clear recommendation per proof of concept: scale up, adjust, or deliberately stop.

Also for your own team

Are you an agency or software company? Then your biggest brake usually isn't knowledge but room: everyone is fully booked on client work. I join as the catalyst for your own team — same approach, aimed at your delivery.

  • AI-assisted development in your own workflow
  • Internal tooling and automation that gives time back
  • Proof of concepts for new features or propositions

I spent twelve years building an agency myself (Pixelpillow) — I know billable pressure from the inside.

What makes this different?

No external advisor, but a catalyst in your team

I work within your team and know your organisation from the inside

Strategy and execution

Not just giving advice, but building the proof of concepts myself

Broadly deployable

From AI strategy to technology choices and process optimisation

Flexible and tailored

The approach adapts to what your organisation needs

Frequently asked questions

How quickly will I have something that works?
Usually a working proof of concept within a week. The more complex the problem, the longer it takes — but the point is that you see something running within weeks instead of reading a report.
Who owns the code?
You do. I do not believe in IP on code: it is increasingly a commodity. What you are left with is not the code, but the insight into whether this was worth building.
What happens after the proof of concept?
You decide who takes it further. I can recommend good developers, or help your own team or agency extend it. I stay available if that is needed or wanted, but I am at my best as a catalyst — usually it is better for everyone if I keep that role.
What do you need from us to start?
A signed quote, a desk, and one point of contact who can make decisions. I speak to that person every week or two about progress, and work closely with your product and development team.
Will this take up a lot of our own team’s time?
Yes, and that is the point. I need to genuinely become part of the team — without that involvement you build something technically correct that nobody uses. Expect regular contact with the people who know the work.
Do you work on site or remotely?
On site, and that is a deliberate choice. Getting people enthusiastic in person works better than doing it digitally. For day-to-day communication I prefer Slack or Google Workspace; Teams works too.
Do you work with our real data?
Preferably yes, because only then do you learn what it delivers for you. Where the proof of concept and the data live is something we decide together based on your policy — I prefer a separate isolated environment so I do not get stuck on IT policy. A data processing agreement is part of onboarding.
Which AI models do you use?
Whichever fit the problem best. If you want to limit this to European models, that can be arranged.
What does it cost?
€ 150 per hour on 8-hour days. Two days a week for three months comes to € 28,800 excluding VAT. On the pricing page you can work out what your engagement costs.
Can I stop if it is not working out?
Yes, with one month’s notice. Hours already worked are invoiced as normal. On top of that there is the guarantee: if a phase does not produce a working proof of concept, that phase costs you nothing.
How quickly can you start?
Usually quite quickly, and within two to three months at the latest. I work for a maximum of two clients at a time, because an engagement needs that attention.
