Plenty of people look for an AI consultant or advisor. What they usually need is someone who not only explains what is possible, but makes it. That is what I do: I join temporarily and deliver something that works.
I talk to the floor and to management, and look for where AI actually delivers instead of where it merely sounds good.
I build the most promising ideas into a working proof of concept. You do not get a document with recommendations, you get something that runs.
Every engagement ends in keep building, adjust, or stop — based on something you have been able to use.

I am based in Zwolle and join teams on site one to three days a week. Within Overijssel, Gelderland and Flevoland that is straightforward; further afield it usually works with one fixed day on site and the rest remote.
