Let's talk

The guarantee

Big words are easy. This is what you can hold me to.

A working proof of concept — or that phase costs you nothing

At the start of each phase we agree on what the proof of concept needs to do. If it's not there at the end, I credit that phase. Automatically — you don't have to ask.

You can stop at any time

At every decision point you can stop without obligations. No notice period, no fine print. We only build on if it works.

The guarantee applies per phase, up to that phase's fee. We put the acceptance criteria in writing up front — so we both know where we stand.

How I charge

One clear hourly rate

€ 150 per hour, excl. VAT. A working day is 8 hours: € 1,200 per day. No hidden costs.

Results over hours

I work from outcomes: a working proof of concept every few weeks. You decide each time whether we build on.

Start small, scale flexibly

We start with an engagement that fits and scale up or down based on what the proof of concepts deliver.

Frequently asked questions

What does it cost?
€ 150 per hour on 8-hour days. Two days a week for three months comes to € 28,800 excluding VAT. On the pricing page you can work out what your engagement costs.
Can I stop if it is not working out?
Yes, with one month’s notice. Hours already worked are invoiced as normal. On top of that there is the guarantee: if a phase does not produce a working proof of concept, that phase costs you nothing.
How quickly can you start?
Usually quite quickly, and within two to three months at the latest. I work for a maximum of two clients at a time, because an engagement needs that attention.
How quickly will I have something that works?
Usually a working proof of concept within a week. The more complex the problem, the longer it takes — but the point is that you see something running within weeks instead of reading a report.
